Welcome to the Edison Quick Stop’s homepage. Some of you may know us as just that, the Quick Stop, but we would like to think we are so much more. Some people refer to us as the best kept secret in Morrow County, and others think we are a convenience store.

Before I go into detail more about our family owned business, I wanted to give you a little more history as to why many people are still teetering on the idea of what we are.
When the store first opened in the 1930's, it was Snyder’s Sohio and hardware. Then it was sold to George Cronenwett and James Douce in 1946 , - who operated it until selling to Don Graham in 1956. Graham modernized and built a new station in 1959. After being in business for 39 years , Graham sold to Bill Williams in September of 1994.

The sale of gas was discontinued and the operation became known as the Edison Quick Stop. The convenience store was eventually sold to Ollie and Cynthia Salyer.
When we bought the Quick Stop , 6 years ago, we were still, in fact a traditional “quick stop “. A few years passed, and we had the idea of installing a commercial kitchen. After a lot of blood, sweat and tears, we finally got the approval of opening our kitchen.

This finally brings us to now, -“American Grub at the Edison Quick Stop''. We have a wide variety of food- from hot sandwiches, deli subs, deep fried items, pizza, reuben’s,steak burgers,Waldo bologna and many more options on the grill.
We take pride in the fact that our beef is farmed raised here in Morrow County by Heacock Farms, LLC. If you thought that’s all we have to offer, think twice. We have all your party needs as well. We make deli trays for any event. We also have ice cream, soft serve and velvet, all year long.
Let’s not forget we have beer, wine and cigarettes. Stop in and check us out! We won’t disappoint!
